This was easy and not bad! I think I prefer it made the traditional way, but I love cooking with the crock pot and will probably make this again.

Tuna Noodle Casserole
I made this tonight, not terribly exciting, but good enough that the kids took seconds. I made it with whole grain shells and swapped the potato chips with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese on top.
